Cancellation or reduction in the number of participants requires written notification via email, and the following penalty charges will apply where applicable:
- 20 or more days before the scheduled date for the experience, no penalty will be charged.
- Between 19 and 10 days before the scheduled experience date for the group, 40% of the reservation will be non-refundable.
- 9 days or less before the scheduled experience date for the group, 100% of the reservation will be non-refundable.
- In case of client no-show, no refunds will be issued.
- 90% of the deposit of the reservation will be refunded in case of fortuitous events (weather changes, natural disasters, landslides, disruptions with air, land, or river transportation) requiring trip cancellation
