Day 1
We gather at the meeting point to start our journey. We have a brief introduction to get to
know each other, connect with the environment, and mentally prepare for the experience.
We begin the experience with a hike to the beautiful “La Chorrera” waterfall amidst nature. This hike is a space for meditation and purification, where the water helps clear the mind and release accumulated burdens.
After the waterfall experience, we enjoy a delicious vegan lunch prepared with fresh and nutritious ingredients, renewing our bodies.
We head to Fowe.
FOWE is a center for ethnic recomposition learning, located in Fomeque (Cundinamarca, just 2 hours from the city) focused on reviving the Muisca culture. The Muiscas are the original native people of all territories now comprising the departments of Cundinamarca and Boyacá in central Colombia.
We take some time to rest, relax, and settle into our space. This is a moment to reflect on the morning’s experience and prepare for the following activities.
We engage in the Territory greeting, an exercise in awareness of the fabric of life that makes us possible, and in recognition of our own existence in that fabric.
We continue with the symbolic cleansing process, where each participant has the opportunity to make space and acknowledge the negative, freeing themselves.
In the evening, we immerse ourselves in an ancestral ceremony that includes Oska (tobacco), Fapkua (chicha), and cocoa. These practices allow us to align and renew ourselves, connecting with our essence, opening ourselves to the love and beauty of life. Optionally, we offer ceremonies with other sacred power plants, ask us!
Day 2
The next morning, we perform a brief sunrise practice, greeting the sun as the day begins. This moment allows us to connect with our purpose and the future we are building in the present.
We continue with a Positive Work, strengthening our intention; we dedicate this space to reflect on our intentions and goals, bringing strength and clarity.
We start our hike towards Teusaká, to greet the Lagoon and plant our purposes, thus giving ourselves the opportunity to give body and form to what we want to grow and flourish in our lives.
Lunch and closing. We will end the experience by sharing a delicious lunch, and later opening a sharing circle, integrating our experiences and enjoying each other’s company in an atmosphere of gratitude and connection.
This itinerary is designed to provide a holistic experience that combines physical and mental purification with spiritual connection and personal renewal.
